Mickey Munir, GMB

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Mickey is the corporate president and chief executive officer. He founded Sharif & Munir in 1978 and is recognized as one of Dallas’ premier builder/architects. He is professionally accredited as a licensed architect and licensed interior designer. In addition, he is recognized as a Certified Graduate Builder and Graduate Master Builder by the Home Builders Institute. Mickey is a member of numerous professional organizations including the Greater Dallas Home Builders Association and the National Home Builders Association. Mickey graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Architecture degree.

Michael Munir, ASID, GMB

Corporate President & Chief Operating Officer

Michael serves as the corporate president and chief operating officer. Michael is professionally accredited as a licensed interior designer and is recognized as a Certified Graduate Builder and Graduate Master Builder by the Home Builders Institute. He is a member of numerous professional organizations including American Society of Interior Designers, Greater Dallas Home Builders Association and National Home Builders Association. Michael graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in interior design and completed the Business Foundations Program.

Mike Davis, GMB

Project Manager

Mike brings more than 40 years of experience in the Dallas home building market to Sharif & Munir. He is recognized as a Certified Graduate Builder and Graduate Master Builder by the Home Builders Institute and a member of the Greater Dallas Home Builders Association. Mike has an Associate degree in Construction Management from Richland College, and has held his Texas Real Estate License.

Jason Vaile, GMB

Project Manager

Jason joined the Sharif and Munir team bringing over 20 years of experience building custom homes in the Dallas area. He is recognized as a Certified Graduate Builder and Graduate Master Builder by the Home Builder’s Institute and a member of the Greater Dallas Home Builder Association. Jason has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Sciences from Texas A&M University.

Gary Klingaman

Project Manager

Gary joined the Sharif & Munir team in 2015 specializing in our high-rise projects.  He has over 25 years of home building experience.  He has also developed subdivisions and has held a Texas real estate license. Gary is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution.

Michele Munir

Office Manager

Michele has been with the company since the beginning but “officially” joined the team in 1985. As the Office Manager and Accounts Receivable, Michele has the all important job of ensuring everyone gets paid.  Her sharp attention to detail and meticulous memory makes her perfect  for keeping track of draw processing and draw funding.

Allie has been a project manager assistant with Sharif & Munir since 2021. Allie is an experienced, well organized and motivated individual with the ability to take on any task given to her. Always looking for ways to improve personally and professionally has made Allie a great addition to the team.
