Mickey is the Chief Executive Officer. He founded Sharif & Munir in 1978 and is recognized as one of Dallas’ premier builder/architects. He is professionally accredited as a licensed architect and licensed interior designer. In addition, he is recognized as a Certified Graduate Builder and Graduate Master Builder by the Home Builders Association. Mickey is a member of numerous professional organizations including the Greater Dallas Home Builders Association and the National Home Builders Association. Mickey graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Architecture degree.  His community service includes being a board member of The Retina Foundation of the Southwest. 

Michael serves as the corporate president and chief operating officer. Michael is professionally accredited as a licensed interior designer and is recognized as a Certified Graduate Builder and Graduate Master Builder by the Home Builders Institute. He is a member of numerous professional organizations including American Society of Interior Designers, Greater Dallas Home Builders Association and National Home Builders Association. Michael graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in interior design and completed the Business Foundations Program.

Grady has been working in the Dallas area real estate market for over 35 years.  He is a licensed Texas real estate broker.  

Grady’s passion is helping good people design and build their dream home.

Jason joined the Sharif and Munir team bringing over 20 years of experience building custom homes in the Dallas area. He is recognized as a Certified Graduate Builder and Graduate Master Builder by the Home Builder’s Institute and a member of the Greater Dallas Home Builder Association. Jason has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Sciences from Texas A&M University.

Gary joined the Sharif & Munir team in 2015 specializing in our high-rise projects.  He has over 25 years of home building experience.  He has also developed subdivisions and has held a Texas real estate license. Gary is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution.

Kyle Green is a native Texan with extensive experience in commercial finish out, home building, estimating, and remodels. Joining the Sharif & Munir team in 2023, Kyle brings a wealth of knowledge to his role, contributing to successful project execution and client satisfaction. Outside of work, he is a dedicated family man, married with six children. His diverse background and strong work ethic make him an invaluable asset to the team.

Michele has been with the company since its inception, but “officially” joined the team in 1985. As the Office Manager, Michele does HR Management, Construction Draw Processing, Accounts Receivable, and Allowance Accounting, Michele has the all-important job of ensuring Construction Draws, Change Orders, and Invoices are funded, and all our trade partners gets paid.  Her sharp attention to detail and meticulous memory are the essential talents for keeping track of all that processing and funding.  Michele is also Sharif & Munir’s Corporate Secretary. 

Maggie has been an integral part of Sharif & Munir for 24 years, serving as a dedicated project coordinator. In her role, Maggie helps homeowners, subcontractors, and suppliers by managing the procurement of materials essential for building homes, ensuring that all orders are accurately placed and delivered on time. She also plays a key role in maintaining project budgets, providing invaluable support throughout the construction process. Maggie's extensive experience and attention to detail have made her a trusted and reliable asset to both the company and its clients.

Since joining Sharif & Munir Custom Homes in 2003, Amie has amassed considerable experience in accounts payable, ensuring our financial processes run smoothly and efficiently. Her role involves meticulously managing vendor invoices, coordinating payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. Her expertise allows her to contribute significantly to the overall fiscal health of our projects, enhancing our ability to deliver high-quality custom homes to our clients without delays. Through attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, Amie strives to uphold the standards that our brand is known for.

Allie has been a dedicated project coordinator with Sharif & Munir since 2021. She is an experienced, exceptionally well-organized, and highly motivated individual who possesses the remarkable ability to take on any task that is assigned to her with confidence and skill. Always seeking new opportunities for growth and improvement, both personally and professionally, has made Allie an invaluable addition to our team. Her positive attitude and commitment to her work contribute significantly to the success of our projects.

Jose joined the Sharif and Munir team in 2023, bringing with him a wealth of enthusiasm and dedication to his role. He has demonstrated a strong work ethic and possesses excellent customer service skills that contribute to our team's success. With two years of valuable building experience under his belt, he currently serves as a project manager assistant, where he plays a key role in supporting various projects. This year, he aims to advance within the company, showcasing his ambition and drive. Jose embraces challenges head-on and is committed to seeing projects through to their successful completion.

Jenine began her construction career in 2019, after completing her bachelor's degree in Emerging Media and Communications at the University of Texas at Dallas. With her experience working almost exclusively in custom residential construction, she brings a focused and detail-oriented approach to her projects. Having designed and completed projects across the metroplex, her familiarity across construction related disciplines allows for a more pragmatic perspective. 

Dave is a dedicated and detail oriented construction manager who specializes in building high quality custom homes. He has 27 years of residential construction experience in Collin and Dallas counties. Dave is a graduate of Texas State University, where he received his degree in Communications and Industrial Technology..
