Michael Munir, ASID, GMB

Corporate President & Chief Operating Officer

Michael serves as the corporate president and chief operating officer. Michael is professionally accredited as a licensed interior designer and is recognized as a Certified Graduate Builder and Graduate Master Builder by the Home Builders Institute. He is a member of numerous professional organizations including American Society of Interior Designers, Greater Dallas Home Builders Association and National Home Builders Association. Michael graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in interior design and completed the Business Foundations Program.

Jason Vaile, GMB

Project Manager

Jason joined the Sharif and Munir team bringing over 20 years of experience building custom homes in the Dallas area. He is recognized as a Certified Graduate Builder and Graduate Master Builder by the Home Builder’s Institute and a member of the Greater Dallas Home Builder Association. Jason has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Sciences from Texas A&M University.

Gary Klingaman

Project Manager

Gary joined the Sharif & Munir team in 2015 specializing in our high-rise projects.  He has over 25 years of home building experience.  He has also developed subdivisions and has held a Texas real estate license. Gary is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution.

Kyle joined the Sharif & Munir team in 2023.

Michele has been with the company since the very beginning, but she “officially” joined the team in 1985, marking the start of a significant journey. As the Office Manager and Accounts Receivable, Michele holds the all-important job of ensuring that everyone gets paid on time and without any issues. Her sharp attention to detail, combined with her meticulous memory, makes her the perfect person for keeping track of draw processing and draw funding, ensuring the financial side of operations runs smoothly and efficiently.
